3. Possess the legal qualification of an enterprise, have a fixed office space registered with the industrial and commercial authorities, and the office space must be located in the provincial capital or a major developed city within the province.

4. Have a comprehensive understanding of the health product market in the franchised area and possess over 3 years of experience in the health product industry. Possess a relatively well-established sales network and sufficient operating funds;

5. Possess a high-quality marketing team, a well-established after-sales service staff, and a loyal management team;

6. Able to actively cooperate with the headquarters in unified market operations, accept management and guidance from the headquarters, and promptly provide market feedback to the headquarters.

7. Willing to accept the company's standardized training programs. Capable of strictly adhering to brand standards, agent pricing, and terminal preferential policies as required by the company.

2. Understand the franchise conditions and requirements.

II. Fill out the Franchise Application Form

The franchisee shall complete the "Franchise Application Form," along with the required supporting documents and proof of operational capability, and submit them to the company headquarters for review.

3. Company Evaluation

Upon receiving the application, the headquarters reviews the specific circumstances and qualifications of the franchisee.

2. Upon approval, the applicant will be notified and can proceed to sign the contract.

IV. Signing

The company provides the franchise agreement text and offers explanations.
